Kids:Very much so, they have an entire beach to themselves and can interact with the local village children.
Activities:Snorkelling, beaches, 4 x 4 excursions, water skiing,  fishing, scuba, massage, excursions to Lokobe National Park, Nosy Komba Lemur Park, Tanikely Marine Reserve, Russian Bay and Nosy Iranja.
Bonus:On the water. Doany Beach is exclusively for one group - this means that you will not share the place with others.  They offer full board OR self catering - this means that you still have use of the staff (cook, cleaning and boat man), and the boat but go into town to do your own shopping etc.  You can take the cook with you to facilitate this or send him to do it himself.

Our Opinion:We did not actually stay overnight at Doany but did visit it and give it a good inspection.  We were very impressed by the  Exclusive Use concept and its proximity to the beach.  One could very easily imagine that this is your very own place in paradise!

Could incorporate with:Charter, the North, other Nosy Be hotels.
